Therapy for Soldiers with PTSD
Many soldiers serving on the front lines are exposed to traumatic experiences that can leave lasting emotional and psychological wounds. For some, these experiences lead to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), making it difficult to navigate everyday life.
In order to help eleviate the symptoms of PTSD, Help Israel Now sponsors therapy at Ruthi’s Farm. Established in 2012, the Resilience and Treatment Center has been providing life-changing care for over 14 years. Through equine-assisted therapy, nature-based healing, and a variety of complementary therapeutic approaches, the center helps combat veterans/soldiers and their families build resilience, process trauma, and move forward with hope. They offer individualized therapy, workshops and group programs.
Over the years, Ruthi’s Farm has helped countless soldiers reclaim their lives, with many inspiring stories of individuals who have overcome the debilitating effects of trauma and are able to return to their regular lives.
